Working from his living room in the summer of 1996, Jonathan Blain Firmin established the business with the primary goal of creatng a business with customer service being the overiding principal. In February, 1997 Blain Firmin moved to the Broadway in Southgate with a further move to the current prime location premised on Southgate underground station in August 1999.

In February, 1997 Blain Firmin moved to the Broadway in Southgate with a further move to the current prime location on Southgate underground station in August 1999, where the business grew to encompass all aspects of residential property sales and lettings and an ever increasing portfolio of managed flats, houses and commercial buildings.

In 2017 Mark was welcomed into the Company, bringing with him a wealth of experience, having spent over 40 years in the industry. With his outstanding knowledge and connections within the Southgate and surrounding areas, Mark immediately became an integral and trusted part the team, with his calm and exemplary professional manner successfully negotiating both residential and commercial property sales.
RYAN GLYNNE >
Property Manager
Ryan joined the Blain Firmin team in 2023 after having been involved in property since 2016. As a contract administrator, Ryan deals with a wide range of commercial and residential assignments. He has a particular interest in property development and is the office expert on building and construction projects. This expertise allows him to provide clients with insights into property potential, renovation possibilities, and long-term investment value. Ryan specialises in renovations and refurbishments and is a dedicated and results-driven professional. He also prioritises building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, believing that trust and transparency are key to long-term success.
ROS PEGORINI >
Block Manager
Ros joined the Company in 2010 and her broad range of experience in block management has been instrumental in the thriving and rapidly expanding block management department we now enjoy. Her experience in property law has proved invaluable in her expert management of both large and small blocks of apartments, and maisonettes, together with any issues relating to leasehold, freehold or enfranchisement. Ros is always professional and her calm manner has proved essential in ensuring the smooth running of the Annual General meetings she attends.

Social Media Manager
Talia joined Blain Firmin in 2024 as an office assistant and has rapidly progressed to become a vital part of the team, taking on a wide range of responsibilities from client liaisons, office management and maintaining the firm’s social media platforms which showcases Blain Firmin’s properties to a wider audience.
